Friday October 12
For those that can come for the parade and game, here's your chance to make-up for all of the school spirit you lacked in High school!! And if you had school spirit back then, well, bring it for Friday's event!
- 2:30 pm Homecoming Parade - we will have a decorated float and throw beads.
(Only class mates to ride float, please.)
We will be ordering commemorative tee shirts and we would like to wear them on the float Friday at the homecoming parade.
- 5:00 pm Football game at the High School (Not sure who we're playing.)
- Following the game, please join us for a bonfire, hog roast and beverages at Duck
Haven (formally Wally World). A beer keg and wine coolers will be included.
Saturday October 13
- GOLF CANCELED 9:00 am Like to golf or try to?? Stress free golf! Spring Lake Golf Course will have a block of tee times reserved for the Class of '87. This will be a 9-hole, friendly event, open to all classmates and their family members. Greens fees and cart rentals will be each player's responsibility. Please contact Brendan Tebbs (iltebbs@hotmail.com) or call (630-877-6522) to RSVP for the golf outing.
Please respond at your earliest convenience. Insufficient advance response will force Spring Lake to cancel our tee times!

- 11:00 am Tour the High School and boxed lunch to follow. There's been a lot of changes and would be nice to see what's improved! The milk shake and cookie counter will be closed...remember those milk shakes? ... thick ice cream. It took the entire lunch period to eat one. Actually sounds great right now.
- 2:00 pm Putt/Putt, Go Cart and Batting cages - A great Family event!! Maybe race some old friends and show off your putt-putt skills.
- 6:00 pm Iowan for Dinner Music/Dance/Auction - More details on this later. A beer keg, wine coolers, and minimal mixed libations will be included.
Sunday October 14 - no formal events planned.
